Full time RV'er and get our truck serviced around the country. Your dealership is spotless and the service was timely. The reason I gave 4 star was the tire pressure was not correct when tires were rotated. This is the second GM dealership that failed my 5 star rating due to tire pressure after rotation.

Excellent! I have been looking for several weeks and Chesrown in Delaware, Ohio must important Devin Damron was super. I had not planned on purchasing and still had appointments to look a few other places. But he really made up my mind, and I loved the vehicle, Devin worked with me, gave me different options to satisfy my budget. Devin went over everything about my new vehicle and I was completely satisfied.
I had a great experience of working with both Devin and Matt to help get my deal done in a timely manner..thanks to both of them.
I also want to give a shout out to Ryan Meeks in the finance department; he was well organized and the process went very smoothly.

First oil change on a cpo sierra I recently purchased. Smooth appointment setting process online, they followed up to remind me, and I was out in less than an hour.

Have a C8 Z06 and I don’t trust anyone to work on it. Zach from Chesrown who is the master technician for Corvette did an absolutely amazing job working on my Z06. I could have saved $100’s taking it somewhere else but it was immediately very apparent Zach takes great pride and care servicing Vettes. Not only that but his customer service is like no other. While traveling, they worked us in to a full schedule and got a new 22" tire put on after a blowout within an hour & 15 minutes. Friendly, thorough, communicated well.

Once I was able to communicate with a live person, who ended up being our salesperson, as he was the only one that would return a message or answer the phone, we were pleased with the service.
Track alignment was completed. However, the final alignment specs were 100% spot on to GM specifications. I have had same alignment done by different GM performance techs, and they generally set the alignment close to the specs. Zach took the initiative to adjust until the numbers were exact. Also, the alignment lift was still in use by an earlier appointment. Zach was proactive to explain the delay right away. I didn't mind the delay because of this, and Chesrown has a very nice waiting area.

Taking a previous positive review back for a sec. Long story short, we decided to not do a trade after initially having an offer drawn up to do so. We still wanted to make the purchase work and were willing to put a larger amount down but the salesperson got a slight attitude, which to some degree I could understand but did not appreciate how rude he was to my wife.
